1. Booking confirmation

Your booking is confirmed once we receive your deposit or full payment and send you a confirmation via WhatsApp or .

2. Cancellation by you

More than 48 hours before the tour: full refund, minus any payment processing fees.
24–48 hours before the tour: 50% refund.
Less than 24 hours before the tour, or no-show: no refund.

3. Cancellation by us (weather & safety)

Nusa Penida's sea conditions can change quickly. If we cancel or reschedule your tour due to bad weather, unsafe sea conditions, or other safety reasons, you may choose to:

Reschedule to another available date, or
Receive a full refund

4. Changes to your booking

Need to change your date or number of guests? Contact us on WhatsApp as early as possible — we'll do our best to accommodate changes based on availability.
